Here are the best Keto Muffin Recipes that can be made from our Keto Muffin Mix and Protein Muffin Mix.

You can use the exact same recipes for our Protein Muffin Mix to make Protein Muffins.

For 6 muffins, you need 1 cup HoldTheCarbs Keto Muffin Mix or HoldTheCarbs Protein Muffin Mix which equals one small bag.

For Low Carb Blueberry Muffins and Protein Blueberry Muffins add

- 2 eggs or 3 egg whites
- ¼ cup milk of your choice
- 75 g frozen blueberries (scarce 3/4 cup) - add only after 2 mins of baking 

 For Low Carb Chocolate Chip Muffins and Protein Chocolate Chip Muffins add

- 2 eggs or 3 egg whites
- ⅓ cup milk of your choice
- ½ tsp baking cocoa
- 2 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips - add only after 2 mins of baking


For Low Carb Pumpkin Muffins and Protein Pumpkin Muffins add

- 2 eggs or 3 egg whites
- ½ can (appr. 200 ml) pure pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp pumpkin spice

For Low Carb Apple Cinnamon Muffins and Protein Apple-Cinnamon Muffins add

- 2 eggs or 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup unsweetened apple sauce

For Low Carb Mocca Muffins and Protein Mocca Muffins add

- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
- 2 tsp instant coffee powder
- a few chopped walnut pieces and 3 pieces of semi-sweet chocolate chips to sprinkle on top

For Low Carb Vanilla Raspberry Swirl Muffins and Protein Vanilla Raspberry Swirl Muffins add

- 2 eggs
- raspberry purée (about 12-15 raspberries)
- 1/4 cup milk of your choice
- (optional) a couple drops of liquid stevia for some extra sweetness
- (optional) sprinkled with erythritol for even more sweetness

Above recipes make 6 muffins. If you would like to make 12 or 24 muffins at once, please double or quadruple the amounts. 

Step 1:

Mix your ingredients (except blueberries or chocolate chips) then add your HoldTheCarbs Keto Muffin Mix or HoldTheCarbs Protein Muffin Mix 

Step 2

Grease muffin tin or papers (spraying with cooking oil is easiest). Distribute batter evenly for 6 (or 12 or 24) muffins filling them about half way. Sprinkle on additional ingredients if specified.

Step 3

Start baking at 350 ˚F and drop blueberries or chocolate chips on top after about 2 minutes of baking so they don't all sink to the bottom and make your muffins soggy. Bake at 350 ˚F for 22-35 mins total or until fork comes out clean.
